- If we had a pest problem what is your response time and will your visit be followed up?
Wherever possible we aim for same day service. If not, then a visit will be made within twenty four hours by prior arrangement. We will then revisit the site of the problem at the prescribed intervals until it is clear.

We write detailed and concise reports on both, out technical and biologist inspections and, where we feel it neccesssary we will back up with 'photographic evidence' too.

- What pests will I be covered for?
Our surveyor will carry out the initial risk assessment to determine your pest prevention needs and then, in consultaiton with you, design the service programme to suit, offering advice and guidance as needed. All pests covered will be specified in the service agreement.

- Are there more rats around?
There have been various statements over the years such as your never more than 15 feet from a rat, we don't believe that is true however due to a series of milder winters and the opportunities which humans leave for rats to take advantage of, such as waste and holes in buildings, it is true they are on the increase particularly in urban areas.

- Can cats fleas survive on humans?
Cat Flea can survive of human blood, however they cannot reproduce without their main host. Even without any food fleas can survive for up to 3 months and can also go in to a slow down state 'diapause' which allows them to survive for up to 2 years until the conditions are right or a host arrives.
